I Avalen am writing to you, you being the Secretary-General of the United Nations formally declare the emancipation of [United States of America ] from your governance and to announce the creation of a new government and policy framework for our sovereign nation and our own United Nations and own World bank and federal reserve, which is also a new Indigenous Tribe, A New Knighthood and order, a Kingdom, A Business/Company/Corporation.  That will only at this time have only electronic currency combined with a cryptocurrency, with it be able to spend anywhere in the world, any other planet or moon, or be able to spend it on a plane of reality or have a conversion to any type of valued currency. 
After careful consideration and deliberation, the people of [Avalen] have decided to chart our own course and establish a government that reflects our values, aspirations, and vision for the future.
Our new government will be based on the principles of democracy, freedom, and justice for all. We will uphold the rule of law, protect human rights and civil liberties, and ensure equality and opportunity for every citizen.
